1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wagi ("wagi," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wagi.lat. These Terms govern all access to and use of the wagi website, mobile interface, games, software, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the wagi platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you agree to be bound by them, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the wagi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register personal accounts.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of wagi or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from wagi or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform due to problem gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

wagi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Documents accepted for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, Social Security System (SSS) card, GSIS ID, Driver's License issued by LTO, and PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register only one (1) wagi account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. wagi will not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information.

wagi reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, where it reasonably believes that the Player has violated these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wagi account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used for any other online service;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication for additional account security where available;
• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• Not allow any other person to access the Platform using your account;
• Log out of your wagi session on any shared or public device immediately after use;
• Notify wagi customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

wagi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have notified wagi of a suspected breach and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All wagi account transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must complete wagi's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. wagi reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

wagi processes standard withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours of approval for verified accounts. Processing times may vary due to third-party payment provider processing schedules. wagi shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. wagi does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on the wagi platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict relates to a game-specific mechanic, in which case the game rules shall prevail for that specific matter.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. wagi reserves the right to void any wager placed in excess of the stated maximum limit. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, wagi's decision regarding the outcome of that round shall be final.

wagi employs independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each slot game's information screen. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by human dealers and are not RNG-determined.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wagi may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion;
• Each Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each Bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and displayed at the point of claiming the Bonus;
• wagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion;
• Players found to be abusing Bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, systematic play designed solely to extract bonus value, or any form of Bonus exploitation — will have their Bonus balance forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the wagi platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf;
• Using software, robots, scripts, or any automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit or vulnerability;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud after accepting winnings or bonuses;
• Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or threaten other players or wagi staff;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

Any violation of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wagi platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of wagi or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written permission of wagi.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

wagi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access and review the Privacy Policy at wagi.lat/privacy-policy.

wagi complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). wagi will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Responsible Gaming

wagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logout after a specified gaming duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the wagi platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wagi makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance, which wagi will endeavor to announce in advance, may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wagi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Suspension & Termination

wagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if wagi reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• Continued access poses a risk to other players, wagi, or the integrity of the Platform;
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance that is not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to you after completion of any outstanding verification and investigation procedures. Account balances associated with fraudulent activity or Bonus abuse may be forfeited.

You may close your wagi account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and wagering requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

wagi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wagi will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the wagi platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and wagi arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Disputes regarding specific game outcomes and Platform technical decisions shall first be submitted to wagi's customer support team for review. wagi's decision regarding game outcome disputes is final unless overturned by a regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
